1 Heavy Load Adaptation & High Targeted
Designed specifically for large castings (engine blocks, frames, wheel hubs, etc.) and heavy truck parts, it can adapt to extra-large and extra-heavy workpieces with strong load-bearing capacity and a stable coating process without shaking.
Adapts to the rough surface of castings and the complex structure of heavy truck parts, can cover internal and external surfaces, corners, and gaps, has no coating dead ends, and meets the coating needs of various types of workpieces.

2 Uniform Coating & Excellent Quality
Adopting high-voltage electrostatic spraying + precise atomization technology, the film thickness is uniformly controllable (50-200μm adjustable), with strong adhesion, no sagging, no bubbles, and a smooth surface.
High-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and impact-resistant coating process can resist complex working conditions of heavy trucks (high temperature, dust, and bumpy), greatly extending the service life of parts.

3 High Automation Integration & Efficient Mass Production
Full automatic assembly line design, integrating automatic feeding, pretreatment (degreasing, derusting, phosphating), spraying, curing, and blanking, greatly reduces manual intervention and improves coating efficiency by more than 40%.
PLC intelligent control system can preset coating parameters for different workpieces, switch production in batches, controllable cycle, suitable for large-scale and standardized mass production needs.

4 Thorough Pretreatment & Strong Adhesion
Multi-stage pretreatment process (degreasing → water washing → derusting → phosphating → drying) thoroughly removes oxide scale, oil stains, and rust on the surface of castings, improves film adhesion, and prevents later peeling and rusting.
Targeted treatment of defects such as pores and sand holes in castings, the surface of the workpiece is flat after pretreatment, laying a good foundation for subsequent coating, and improving the overall coating quality.

5 Energy Saving, Environmental Protection & Compliance
Paint mist and waste gas are recycled in a closed loop, equipped with a high-efficiency filtration system, up to emission standards, no waste gas pollution, no paint mist leakage, complying with national environmental assessment standards.
Energy-saving curing furnace, adopting waste heat recovery technology, energy consumption reduced by 30%, noise controlled below 75dB, in line with the concept of green production and reducing operating costs.

According to the workpiece size, coating process (primer, topcoat, clear coat), and production capacity requirements, the assembly line length, spraying station, and curing method can be customized to adapt to different production scenarios.
